BARAMULLA, Dec 28: A Lok Adalat comprising of two benches was held by chairman District Legal Services Authority, Baramulla at district court complex. . . .

In all 24 cases of various nature against 42 were settled amicably in the Lok Adalat. Besides an award of Rs. 5.31 lakh sanctioned in favour of MACT cases, Lok Adalat also collected a fine of Rs. 3100 on this occasion.

Sub Judge and Munsiff, Baramulla besides Munsiff, Dangiwacha, advocates and litigants were present.
