BUDGAM, Feb 29: A class 10th student Irfan Ahmad Dar aged 16 years son of Ali Mohammad resident of Dadoora, Budgam falling under the jurisdiction of police station Khag suffered serious burn injuries while being electrocuted at Dadoora, causing his on the spot death. Police has registered a case.
Locals alleged that the incident occurs due to negligence of PDD Officials.
