JHARKHAND; Mar 01: Jharkhand police have arrested a man they suspect to be a Lashkar-e-Taiba operative. The man has been identified as Taufiq Ahmed and the Delhi Police Special Cell will go to Jharkhand to interrogate him.

Police say the operatives were planning to plant bombs in crowded areas of Delhi: He is the third Kashmiri to be detained in less than 24 hours.
Earlier Delhi Police arrested 2 Youths of Sopore and claims them as the members of Lashker-e-Toiba.
