SRINAGAR, Mar 01: Maisuma police arrested three gamblers and recovered Rs. 6160 bet money from the spot.
Taking notice of the public complaint regarding the gamblers in the Shor Khana Mandi, SHO Police station, Maisuma Asif Iqbal raided the Shor Khana Mandi, Maisuma and arrested three gamblers while gambling and Rs 6160 bet money and a pack of playing cards was recovered from the spot . . .
 The arrested gamblers were identified as Mohammad Salim son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat resident of Maisuma, Bilal Ahmad Wani son of Ghulam Ahmad Wani resident of Natipora and Mohammad Rafiq Bhat son of Mohammad Subhan resident of Mohammadia Colony, Bemina.
A case FIR no. 12/2012 under section 13 Gambling Act was registered in police station Maisuma in this regard.
