SRINAGAR, Mar 04: The upper reaches of the Kashmir valley, including health resort of Pahalgam and ski resort of Gulmarg received fresh snowfall while plains, including the summer capital, Srinagar, witnessed rains on Sunday. However, Srinagar-Jammu highway remained open despite rains.
A Met department spokesman said here Western Disturbances, originating from Arabian sea, had finally hit the region and will remain active till March 6.
