KULGAM; 18, Aug 2012: In a shocking incident a 19 year old boy molested a six year old girl in Kulgam.
Police arrested a 19 years old Arif Teli S/O Hussain Teli R/O Hablish Akran Kulgam on the charges of raping a 6 years old girl.
An FIR (First Information Report) has been lodged bearing number 69/12 RPC 376 against the accused.

ReplyDeleteYou are right brother in highlighting the issues of emaan and taqwa, but what we need here is to set an example of deterrence for the rest of our society.
ReplyDeleteLegally we cannot hang him due to technical problems in our legal system but morally speaking we can.
This guy should be stonned to death, hanged from an electric pole or whatever, but he doesnt deserve to live.
Sometimes for a bigger cause, we can afford to take the law in our own hands.
