KULGAM; 27, Aug 2012: A Tractor bearing registration number JK03B/5207 hit a 4 year boy Ubaid Rashid Bhat son of Abdul Rashid near his residence at Banimulla, Kulgam, resulting in his on spot death. Police has registered a case in this regard.
