SRINAGAR; 18, Aug 2012: The All parties Hurriyat Conference members had strongly condemned the continous illegal detention of its Chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani.
In a statement issued here, " Syed Ali Shah Geelani has not been allowed to perform his religious and social duties from past 4 months. Indian authorities are not even allowing him to offer Friday prayers since April 2012. However on the auspicious occasion of Eid, we urge people to march towards the Syed Geelani's residence in Hyderpora if authorities put him under house arrest.
