SRINAGAR; 22, Aug 2012: Sister Jyoti Thomas, Principal, Presentation Convent Higher Secondary School, Rajbagh, Srinagar, called on N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here today and presented to him a Memorandum of demands. She was accompanied by Sister Regi, Vice Principal of the School.

In the Memorandum, Sister Thomas urged the relocation of the bridge which is proposed to be constructed over Jehlum near the School. The Governor has asked A. H. Samoon, Divisional Commissioner (Kashmir) to afford an urgent hearing to the Principal of the School, for a viable resolution of the problem.
