LONDON; 15, Aug 2012: The Kashmiris staged a protest demonstration and a sit-in in front of Indian High Commission in London on the Independence Day of India, today.

The leaders handed over a memorandum to the Indian High Commissioner on the occasion, urging Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh to put an immediate end to acts of Indian state-terrorism in occupied Kashmir.

The Executive Director of Kashmir Centre London, Professor Nazir Ahmad Shawl led the demonstration.
