Sarpanch shot at, injured in Tral
PULWAMA; 27, Aug 2012: Unknown gunmen shot at and injured a Sarpanch at Tral in south Kashmir's Pulwama district, police officials told.
They said that the gunmen fired upon the Sarpanch and block President of PDP, Qutub Din Shah son of Ghulam Rasool Shah of Gulab Bagh Tral in Pulwama district. The injured was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
The gunmen fired upon sarpanch outside his residence when he was comming out from masjid after Isha prayers.
