SHOPIAN; 24, April 2013:  A three year old girl namely Arbeena Mukhtar D/O Mukhtar Ahmad Wani resident of Sheikh Mohalla, Bongam in district Shopian was hit by a Sumo bearing registration number JK22- 3738 when she was walking along with her mother near her house.
She was taken to Hospital but she Succumbed to her injuries on way to hospital. The Sumo driver Mukhtar Ahmad R/O Baskuchan has surrendered in police Station Shopian.
