SHOPIAN; 23, April 2013: A Boy namely Bilal Ahmad Bhat S/O: Late Abdul Ahad Bhat R/O: Baskuchan Nowpora Shopian, went missing last night has been found dead today morning. Police had started the initial investigations in the case.
