KN DESK; 18, April 2013: The Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s has made an emergency landing after it developed a technical snag in Kishtwar district.

Omar was there to attend a rally. Sources close to the CM say that no sooner did the chopper take off to fly him back to Srinagar than it landed again.

“The aircraft had developed some problem,” he said. The chief minister is now travelling back by road.
