On-line Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission to the below mentioned Diploma/Certificate courses for the academic session 2013.The candidates are advised to peruse the Prospectus-2013 available on University website thoroughly and check eligibility/other details  before submitting their Application Forms:-

a) PG Diploma Course in:
Hindi, Urdu Mass Media, Computer Applications, Modern Spoken Arabic, Persian,
Translation (Persian), Sanskrit, Remote Sensing & GIS, Bioinformatics, Instrumentation
Technology, Disaster Management.

b) Diploma Course in:
German, Russian, French, Kashmiri.

c) Certificate Course in:
German, Russian, French, Spoken Hindi, Modern Spoken Arabic, Modern Spoken  Persian, Sanskrit, Quranic Studies.

I) Important dates:
Issuance of On-line Forms From 22.04.2013
Last date of submission of On-line Application Forms 30.04.2013

II) Submission of On-Line Application Forms:
The candidates are advised to follow the following steps for filling their On-Line Application  Forms.
Step-1: Visit http://www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on Link  Admissions 2013. (Click Here)
Step-2: Enter Registration No. and Click Search (if already registered with University of Kashmir your particular/exams. passed will appear from database). Otherwise enter all details yourself.
Step-3: Select the desired Programmes and Upload your latest passport size photograph with  specimen signature at the bottom of the photograph.
Step-4: Preview the Form displayed on the screen. If details are correct, click on Submit. If there is any variation go to Edit, make corrections and then Submit. Get a printout of the Form and note the ID for future reference.
Step-5: Deposit the Application Fee of Rs. 300/- per course (plus Rs. 10/- Bank charges) against the Pay-in-Slip generated with the Application Form in any of the branches of the J&K Bank Ltd. across the Country.2

III) Submission of downloaded Application Forms (Hard copy):
(a) The candidates after submitting their On-Line Application Forms must submit the downloaded Form (hard copy) at the Office of the Dean of the concerned Faculties and obtain a receipt for record:
(b) The photocopy of the following documents must be attached with the hard copy of the Form:
i) Marks Certificate of the examinations passed
ii) State Subject Certificate
iii) Reserved Category Certificate (if claiming admission under Reserved Category)
iv) NOC from the employer, in case employed in Government or any other Department/ Institution
