KN DESK; 20, April 2013: After Civil Society, Doctors and common people, it were now the school children who came on roads against the supply of spurious drugs to Kashmir hospitals, School Children from private schools in South Kashmir’s Islamabad district and Tral town Saturday held strong protest demonstrations demanding judicial inquiry into the scam and immediate arrest of Sham Lal Sharma, the former health minister of Jammu and Kashmir.

Hundreds of school children along with teachers took out a march from Muniward to Highway. The school children were carrying banners and placards that depicted anti-CPC and anti-Sharma slogans.

In Tral also, school children took to streets along with banners and placards and hold protests against the supply of fake drugs to hospitals.

The protestors were raising slogans against the people involved in the scam and demanding punishment to the culprits especially the arrest of Sham Lal Sharma.

The protestors were also demanding the immediate arrest of others involved in the scam.
