SRINAGAR; 23, April 2013: To allow free movement of vehicles, carrying officials, following shifting of ‘Darbar Move’ seat of the government from winter capital, Jammu to Srinagar, there would be only one-way traffic on the highway on April 28.

“We have decided to allow only one-way traffic from Jammu to Srinagar on April 28 on the highway, connecting the Kashmir valley with India” officials said.

No vehicle will be allowed to move from summer capital, Srinagar to Jammu on that day, they said.

The Darbar Move, seat of the government, including the office of Chief Minister and his cabinet colleagues, bureaucrats and other heads of departments are functioning from Jammu during winter and Srinagar in summer.
