BUDGAM; 19, April 2013:  A post-graduate student died of electric shock in central Kashmir's Budgam district, police said today.

Tabasum Rashid, 25, received severe electric shock while repairing a heater at her home in Wadwan area of the district, last evening, a police spokesman said.
Tabasum was rushed to a local primary health centre where doctors declared her brought dead, he said.
The body of the deceased was handed over to her family after necessary formalities were completed and a case registered, the spokesman said.
