SRINAGAR: 23, May 2013; Police on Thursday said an ultra was martyred in a gunfight in old city here. A Police official said the ultra was martyred in an “encounter with forces” at Narparistan Fateh Kadal in old city early Thursday morning round at 6.35 am. Two policemen were also injured in the gunfight. Injured are identified as Constable Basharat and Sub Inspector Tehseen Ahmad. Slain Ultra Martyred is believed to be Lashkar-e-Toiba commander, namely Hilal Molvi. Further details are awaited.
