The schedule for submission of enrollments by the affiliated academic institutions of Kashmir Division for the eligible candidates to appear in the Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12'") Bi-Annual 2013 examination for Kashmir Division is notified for information and necessary follow-up by all the concerned.
SCHEDULE 
1. Examination:- Higher Secondary Part-II (12th Class) (Single Paper) Bi-Annual Examination,2013 likely to be held in the month of June-July 2013.

2. Eligibility: Re-Appear/failure candidates declared vide result-notification of 2012/Annual/Private for
Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12'") (Single Paper);

3. Description of fee:-
a) i. Fee @Rs 660/- per Candidate.
ii. Cost of Permission-cum-Admission form @ Rs.15/- per candidate.
iii. Total fee applicable Rs. 675/- per candidate till 28-05-2013.
d) i. Fee @ Rs.810/- per candidate for candidates opting 06 subjects (5+1).
ii. Cost of Permission-cum-Admission form @ Rs.15/- per candidate.
iii. Total fee applicable Rs. 825/- per candidate till 28-05-2013.
c) Late fee @. &A00/- per candidate applicable till 06-06-2013.
d) Late fee @ &M0/- per candidate applicable till 13-06-2013.
Important- No enrollment, in any case or under any circumstance, shall be entertained after 13-06-2013.

4. Deposition of Fee:-
The fee,as prescribed above,shall be deposited by the Heads of the affiliated institutions for the concerned eligible candidates in the shape of bank slip to be obtained from the concerned BOSE Office, pledged to the Chairman,the J&K State Board of School Education, Srinagar and deposited in the designated branches of the Jammu &Kashmir Bank Limited (Kashmir).

5. Instructions and Guidelines for Deposition of Enrollments:-
a) The Heads of the Institutions are instructed to submit the enrollment forms alongwith forwarding letters in triplicate to the BOSE in its respective District/Tehsil Offices through their authorized representatives/ admission Incharge only. The letters must indicate the number of candidates enrolled and description of fee deposited in the Bank.
b) The Heads of the institutions should attach the eligibility cards of the candidates with the enrollment forms for reference and record in case of Re-appear and failure candidates.
c) Two days preparation time after the expiry of the prescribed last date is allowed for institutions in respect of all the above categories for deposition of fee and submission of enrollment forms. In the event of last date of deposition of fee and submission of enrollment falls a holiday/hartal, it shall automatically stand extended to next working day.
d) The Heads of the Institutions concerned shall;
i) fill in the particulars of only five candidates on each side of the enrollment page,
ii) affix the latest digital colour photograph of each candidate against his/her particulars on the enrollment form duly signed and stamped as well as on the sent up list which remains with the Institution for record and reference,
iii) cover the photographs with quality transparent adhesive tape on enrollment form to avoid chances of impersonation.
e) The Institution shall charge Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) only from each candidate as Institutional charges in addition to the prescribed BOSE fee as mentioned hereinabove.
f) The institutions shall be provided with the pre-filled computerized forms pertaining to their respective candidates for obtaining signatures and onward transmission to the BOSE office/s.
