BUDGAM: 28 , May 2013; Budgam police constituted a Special Investigation Team,SIT to investigate the case FIR No: 40/2013 u/s 376 RPC of Police Station Khan Sahib where in four minor girls, whowere reading in an institute headed by Gulzar Bhat son Ghulam Qadir Bhat resident of Latter Chadur (Shamasabad) Khansahib had alleged that they were repeatedly sexually exploited by Gulzar Bhat during their stay in the institute. The SIT will be headed by Dy.SP Khan Sahib. Meanwhile, the remand of the accused Gulzar Bhat was extended upto Ist June, 2013. One more victim has recorded her statement under section 164 CrPC before the Hon’ble Court.
