BANDIPORA: 04, June 2013; Sumbal police recovered the body of Saima wife of Shabir Ahmad Rather residentof Nowgam, Sumbal, Bandipora, in suspicious condition. After completing all legal formalities the body handed over her relatives for last rites. Police has initiated an inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard.
