ISLAMABAD (Anantnag): 16, Aug 2013: Islamabad (Anantnag) Police arrested five gamblers and recovered stake money of Rs. 81300 from a gambling site in Pahalgam.

Acting on a specific information, Pahalgam Police today held five gamblers, Remeez Ahmad Mir son of Abdul Rehim resident of Eidgah, Abdul Majeed Wani son of Abdul Ahad resident of Nawa Kadal, Muneer Ahmad Hakim son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Safakadal, Mushtaq Ahmad Wani son of Abdul Ahad resident of Nawakadal and Javaid Ahmad Darzi son of Gaffer Darzi resident of Nawakadal, Srinagar from a public place in the tourist resort of Pahalgam. A stake money of Rs. 81300 was recovered from the site.
