SRINAGAR; 20, Aug 2013: Panic gripped in the Noorbagh, area Tuesday morning when the road from Qamarwari, was found dislocated from the old Noorbagh cement bridge. The authorities were informed by the locals who closed the bridge for all kinds of traffic. The old cement bridge at Noorbagh, connects Batamaloo with old city and Soura, Ganderbal areas. The dislocation of the road leading to Qamarwari, from the bridge is said to be a result of the high water level a few days back after rains lashed the valley.
