SRINAGAR; 16, Sep 2013: An armored police vehicle (Rakshak) crushed a fruit vendor at Safa Kadal area of old Srinagar this evening. The Injured vendor has been shifted to Hospital where his condition is critical.
Meanwhile, police vehicle fled from the spot.
