India will face same fate in Kashmir as US in Afghanistan: Hafiz Saeed
ISLAMABAD (Pak); Jamaat-ud-Dawah Chief and Lashker-e-Toiba Founder Professor Hafiz Mohammad Saeed has said, India will be forced to leave Kashmir, just like the US troops will leave Afghanistan this year.
Saeed was speaking at a local media workshop here, organised by the Defence of Pakistan Council- an alliance of about 40 religious and political parties.
Saeed said, “America never wanted to leave Afghanistan, but is now forced to leave it. It had long plans in Central Asia.
"It wanted to change the entire scenario in this region. It had plans to make this region its base and had further big aims. Now Allah has foiled its plans and now it has been forced to leave Afghanistan, then Inshallah, India will also have to leave Kashmir.”
Saeed's comments come at a time when the Nawaz Sharif government in Pakistan is gearing up to forge a deal on Kashmir with the new government in India that is expected to come in May this year.
