Police rearrested liberation leader, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, after a court quashed his illegal detention.
Mushtaq-ul-Islam’s detention was quashed by the court of Justice Hasnain Masoodi but the police did not pay any heed to the court order and arrested him again. He has been presently lodged at Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu.
