SRINAGAR; Mar 02: High Court on Friday issued non-bailble warrants against Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) Trehgam and asked the police to produce her before the court on next date of hearing.

 A division bench comprising Chief justice F M Ibrahim Kalifulla and Justice Virender Singh passed the order against the officer for not appearing before the court along with the records pertaining to selection of Anganwadi workers.
 “In spite of the court orders passed on October 17, 2011 December 25, 2011,  December 28, 2011, the respondent official has shown callous and indifferent attitude and necessary non bailable warrants shall be issued against her,” the DB held.
 The court observed that despite the directions passed by it on Feb 29, the CDPO was not present in the court today, nor was represented by anyone.
 The DB had on Wednesday asked the CDPO to remain present in the court.
