Kohli demands resignation of Quershi as DSE
JAMMU; 16, Aug 2012: Mohammad Aslam Kohli, Sarpanch halqua Kallar Kattal of Poonch and president Gujjar and Bakerwal Tehreek-e-Insaaf has laid serious allegations over the Directorate of School Education (DSE) Quershi for assaulting him and abusing over the sarpanch fraternity of the J&K state while addressing a press conference here today.
He alleged that Quershi is the most unscrupulous person and is busy in minting money in the shape of bribe from the aspirants who are willing for their transfers to their favourite place of posting and is carrying on the transfers in hay way manner without adopting the norms and rules of government.
He narrated that he had gone to the office of DSE on 9th of August regarding the issue of a mid term transfer which is violation of norm and sent number of application for the appointment on the basis of sarpanch but after consecutive rejection decided to stand in que but when reached the door guard halted him to enter in room.
He further said that on entering the room of Quershi he started abusing him badly in the presence of number of people which included MLA B.R. Kundal after which he along with his PSO attacked him in the room and was released from their clutches after the intervention of people sitting in the room.
He elaborated that after getting released he was again caught by him and his guards and kept in Chief accountant room’s where he tortured him both physically and mentally and given treat to kill his entire family and also snatch a cash of Rs 5500 besides torn and threw away the papers kept in his pocket and also seized his mobile.
“He warned me of dire consequences on being disclosing anything that happened with him in the closed room and abused him that “Jis Baap Ko Sunna H Suna Lena, Tum Do Kodi K Sarpanch Mera Office Ma Bakwas Karta Ho” he added.
He showed his resentment over the abuse did by him on the sarpanches and disclosed that earlier the police was not registering FIR against Qureshi but when he applied in court who inturn directed the police and SSP Jammu to register a case against him and to do investigation in the matter and showed his full confidence on the working of SSP Jammu.
He demanded quick resignation of DDE Quershi as he is the most corrupt person and is misusing his power and status which could prove most awful for the future of students and other allied persons in the future.
