RAJOURI; 24, Aug 2012: In a shocking case of corporal punishment from Rajouri, a 13-year-old student, Ishtiaq Ahmad, has landed in hospital with a damaged kidney after being brutally beaten by his teacher.



The Jammu and Kashmir Education Department has ordered a probe into the incident, but the police is yet to trace the teenager's tormentor.
