BANDIPORA; 30, June 2013: Two youth were shot dead during night hours by Indian forces in Bandipora  District of Occupied Kashmir.

According to reports, Indian army had laid an ambush in Markantal area of Sumbal in Bandipora district during which they allegedly fired on two civilians. The dead have been identified as Irshad Ahmad and Mohammad Irfan.

As soon as the news spread in Sumbal and adjoining areas of Bandipora District, hundreds of people came out on roads and held anti-India protests. They said, Occupuying forces responded with baton charge and tear  smoke shells, resulting in injuries to five people.
