9-yr-old raped, buried alive in North Kashmir
BARAMULLA: 20, Sep 2013: A 9-year-old girl from Pazilpora village of Rafiabad in North Kashmir was found buried alive on Thursday evening under mound rubble under mysterious circumstances.
Snobar Gul, daughter of Mohammed Rustum Najar was studying in 4th class in Government middle School, Daazna in Rafiabad.
“When Snober returned from school, she spent some time with me; then she went outside to play with other children. When she didn’t returned back till evening we came out for her search,” father of the victim Mohammed Rustum Najar while talking to GNS said.
“While we were searching we heard screams in low tone and ultimately found her buried alive in mud behind our house,” father added in a trembled tone.
Alleging that her daughter has been raped before getting killed Rustum said she was injured when we evacuated her from mud as she was bleeding profusely. “We immediately rushed her to primary health centre Dangiwacha and later to District Hospital Baramulla where she succumbed,” he said.
Soon after the news spread in the village, thousands of people came on roads and demanded immediate arrest of culprit (s).
While confirming the sexual assault, Medical Superintendent District Hospital, Baramulla, Dr. Bashir Ahmad told GNS that a team of four doctors conducted postmortem of deceased at 10 am on Friday. “The cause of death is asphyxia and victim has also been sexually assaulted,” Dr. Bashir said.
He said we have forwarded blood samples of victim to Forensic laboratory, Srinagar for further investigation.
Meanwhile, Police has registered a case in this regard and has started investigation into the incident.
When contacted Superintendent of Police, Sopore, Imtiyaz Ahmed said, “We are investigating the matter and as per the locals, the victim has been found under mud in a mysterious condition,” SP added. (GNS)

the criminals should be assaulted likewise with weapons, let them scream and let them suffer infront of a public so that next time people will think before doing such an act, and then hanged to death.

Why Indian Govt. seem blind for Kashmiri cases?
islamic law is the best form to curb such crimes and criminals and to make the environment free from crimes everybody should be given equal justice .
