Paramedics at Rainawari Hospital Mar Local Labourer
SRINAGAR; 19, Sep 2013: A local labourer identified as Javed Ahmad Mir S/O Ghulam Mohammad Mir R/O Khanyar fell off a building during work and was shifted to Rainawari hospital for treatment. Paramedis post at the hospital plastered his foot.
Even after many days he felt immense pain and when he contacted the superintendent about the pain and a fresh X-ray was taken out. It came to fore that he had broken three bones in the foot and a paramedical stationed at the hospital had plastered his foot with out precautions causing him immense problems.
When he complained about a matter before Superintendent he refused to listen and asked him 'go and do whatever you' can. When the patent was forced to seek medical help from Jehlum Valley College (JVC) Srinagar he was shocked to know that he would have to spent and amount or Rupees Three Lac (3,00,000) for the treatment.
