Police Nabs 4 Gamblers in Srinagar
SRINAGAR; The station house officer of Safa Kadal police station Thursday arrested four gamblers near Sakidafar Chowk.
SHO Aftaab Ahmad on specific input arrested the four accused and claimed to have recovered one set of pokers cards and Rs 1.48 lakh stake money from their possession.
Police identified the arrested persons as Saleem Kazoo and Showkat Nazar, residents of Noorbagh, Zahoor Aajhon and Nisar Ganaie, residents of Safa Kadal.
Police has registered an FIR vide number 32/2014 under section 13 Gambling Act in this regard.
