MUZAFFARABAD; 20 May 2013: United Jihad Council (UJC) chief Syed Salah-ud-Din has paid rich tribute to Mirwaiz Molvi Mohammad Farooq and Khawaja Abdul Gani Lone on their anniversary being observed on Tuesday.
“Mirwaiz family has been playing an important role in the ongoing freedom movement, and the contribution made by the late Molvi Mohammad Farooq is not hidden to any body,” UJC, spokesman Sadaqat Hussain quoted Salah-ud-Din as having said during the meeting that was convened on Monday at Muzaferabad to pay tributes to Chief Molvi Farooq and Lone.

In a statement, the spokesman said that the UJC chief also paid rich tributes to late Lone and said that he played a vital role in the ongoing freedom movement.
