4 members of Sikh family killed in tragic road mishap

SRINAGAR; 13, Sep 2013: Four members of a Sikh family including three women died on spot when a vehicle in which they were travelling in skidded off the road and fell into a deep George at Ramban on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway on Friday.

A police official told GNS that an Alto Car bearing registration number JK02AM-7308 on way from Jammu to Srinagar overturned and fell down into a deep gorge on Jammu- Srinagar highway near Marogh in Ramban district today afternoon resulting on spot death of 4 family members including 3 women.

The official identified the deceased as Head Constable of JKAP Parvinder Singh Son of Jagjeet Singh his wife Sitender Kour of resident of Ghawan, Baramulla, Sulendar Kour wife of Nagender Pal Singh of Dushmesh Nagar Digyana and Rambir Kour wife of Sanjeet Singh of Nanak Nagar Jammu.

Meanwhile, Police has registered a case and started further investigations in this regard. (GNS)
