SRINAGAR  Srinagar Police arrested a black marketer Mohammad Younis Shah son of Ghulam Nabi Shah resident of Lachmalpora, Batamaloo who was black marketing domestic LPG cylinders meant for public distribution. 71 domestic LPG cylinders were seized from his godown.
